Legendary apochromatic telephoto zoom defining the outer reach of the SL system.
Released in March 2016, the APO-Vario-Elmarit-SL 90–280mm f/2.8–4 was engineered to conquer sports, wildlife, and portraiture without optical compromise. With dual internal focusing motors moving separate lens groups synchronously and an apochromatic design, it resolves astonishing micro-contrast and fine detail at every focal length, rivaling dedicated prime lenses.
