Q3 43将APO级光学素质带入"标准视角"，填补了Q系列在最自然人眼焦段上的空白。
2024年9月发布的Q3 43将Q3机身的6000万像素BSI传感器与一支APO-Summicron 43mm f/2镜头组合在一起。43mm视角接近人眼自然视野，被称为"标准镜头"，既不偏广角也不偏长焦。APO设计意味着镜头经过全光谱像差矫正，成像锐利、色彩还原精准。
Q3系列为固定镜头相机——镜头无法更换，但正因如此，徕卡得以针对单一传感器进行极致光学优化。Q3 43与标准Q3（28mm）并列销售，让摄影师可以根据自己习惯的焦段做出选择，而不必被迫接受广角视角。
