2024年9月与Q3 43同时发布的M11-D，在M11机身上彻底去掉了后背LCD屏幕。机背光滑，无屏可看，所有参数设置均通过蓝牙连接手机App完成，图像回放需要将文件传输至手机或电脑才能进行。
