徠卡 M10-P（2018 年 8 月）沿用「P」系列公式：在 M10 基礎上更安靜、更低調。快門機構經過優化更加靜音，去掉了標誌性紅點，換上刻字 Logo，LCD 加裝藍寶石玻璃。對街頭和紀實攝影師而言，這是理想的數碼旁軸：2400 萬畫素、極靜快門、不張揚的外觀。2023 年被 M11-P 取代。
