M6 TTL 是命名最容易让人混淆的一台：它和原版 M6 都通过镜头测光，名字里的"TTL"实际指 TTL 闪光测光（原版 M6 没有）。1998 年推出，可与 SF 20 等闪光灯联动。辨认方法：顶盖高出 2 毫米，快门盘更大且旋转方向相反（与取景器内测光箭头方向一致）。取景器有 0.58、0.72、0.85 三种放大倍率。社区习惯把 1984–1998 年的原版称为"M6 Classic"，这台称为"M6 TTL"——二手市场只写"M6"的一般是 Classic，购买时留意顶盖与快门盘。
